The funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Broad Street High School in Shelby.
The visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Shelby under the direction of Hardeman County Funeral Services in Bolivar, Tenn.
He is survived by his wife, April Lee Idleburg; daughter, Contessa Johnson of Ridgeland; son, James Cortez Alexander of Hollandale; and his parents, Don and Alice Stapleton of Shelby.
