The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Heer of Paron Ark. and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Best of Bigelow, Ark. She is the granddaughter of John and Bobbie Cusick of Little Rock, Ark., the late George and Earline Heer of Rison, Ark., the late J.C. and Mary Sears of Little Rock, Ark. and Maurice Best of Bigelow, Ark. and the late Jerry Best.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Turner Sr. of Merigold. He is the grandson of Mary Turner of Sunflower and the late G.E. Turner and Imogene Terrell of Ruleville and the late Franklin Terrell.
The couple is at home in Norfolk, Va., where the groom is in the U.S. Navy stationed.
