students July 26, 27, and 28, 2010. Times for registration are 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2:00
p.m. – 6:00 p.m. The Parent/Legal Guardian must register at the school the student will attend
for the 2010-2011 school year.
ITEMS NEEDED FOR REGISTRATION
Two items verifying proof of residence
Filed Homestead Exemption Application Form
Mortgage document or Property Deed
Apartment or Home lease agreement
Current utility bills (lights, gas, water)
Automobile Registration
Affidavit of residency and/or personal visit by a designated school
district official. The Affidavit of Residency is good for thirty (30)
days only.
Other documentation that will objectively and unequivocally
establish that the parent / legal guardian resides within the school
district.
Post Office box numbers are not acceptable.
Social Security number for student.
Entering Kindergarten students must have:
a certified copy of their birth certificate,
social security number
immunization compliance form # 121, which may be obtained
from your doctor or local health department.
For students entering the Cleveland School District for the first time,
the above information is required also.
First day of school for students is Thursday, August 5, 2010. All secondary schools will
begin classes at 7:50 a.m. with the school day ending at 3:10 p.m. All elementary schools in
the district will follow the 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. schedule.
