Mary Melissa Black and Jamison “Jamie” Sammy Arrington were united in marriage in a 4 p.m. ceremony on Saturday, May 15, 2010, at Timberton Golf Club in Hattiesburg.

The bride is the daughter of Florence R. Black of Cleveland and Abert N. Black of Bartlett, Tenn.

The groom is the son of Jeff and Janita Tyree and Sammy and Angel Arrington, all of Jackson.

The Rev. Keith Westbrook of Jackson, the uncle of the groom, officiated the double-ring ceremony.

Carrie Holden of Hattiesburg, violinist, provided the nuptial music.

The bride was escorted by her mother.

Kimberly B. Hall of Collierville, Tenn., sister of the bride, served as matron of honor.

Sammy Arrington of Jackson, father of the groom, served his son as best man.

A reception was held at The Bottling Co. in historic downtown district in Hattiesburg.

Jennifer Arrington of Jackson, sister of the groom, and Erin Griffin, of Hattiesburg, friend of the couple, served at the reception.

After a honeymoon at Seaside, Fla., the couple is at home in Hattiesburg.
