The Cleveland Police Department has made two arrests involving two different crimes.

"Kevin Lamar Wesley, 23, of Cleveland was arrested and charged with one count of burglary of auto with force," said Cleveland Police Chief Buster Bingham.

Burglary of auto with force means the person broke or pried something open to get into the car.

In another case, "Jerome Steele, 20, of Cleveland was arrested and charged with multiple counts of abusive calls to emergency telephone service," said Bingham.

This means the person was making false reports of crimes and emergency situations.
