After Back Yard Burger was robbed Sunday night the Cleveland Police Department has been working to find the males that were seen dressed in black and running away on foot.

Cleveland Police Chief Buster Bingham said, "We made three arrests for the Back Yard Burger robbery. Our investigation is still ongoing. Jeremy Miller-Baker, 24, of Cleveland, Demarcus Tolliver, 25, of Bolivar County, and Michael Quinn, 37, of Cleveland were arrested and charged with armed robbery.

“The case is still ongoing and the men will be taken today for their initial hearing and have their bond set.

“The investigative staff has worked tirelessly to solve this case and I am overwhelmed with the efforts that they have put in.

“I would also like to say thank you to the Delta K-9 for their assistance at the time of the robbery. I would also like to say thank you to the Bolivar County Sheriff's Department and to thank the men that were working that night for the Cleveland Police department because it was their initial efforts that helped lead to these three arrests," said Bingham.
