Cleveland police recently made an arrest in one case and are looking for a suspect in another case.

Michael Robinson, 21, of Cleveland was arrested Tuesday and charged with statutory rape and enticement of a child. He met his bond of $20,000 and has been released.

He will be presented to the grand jury and all evidence against him will be heard.

In other news, Cleveland Police Chief Buster Bingham has asked the public for help in identifying the man in the photo.

Bingham explained that a woman was getting money out of a local bank ATM when the man came up behind her and robbed her.

She was not injured in the incident.

Bingham said these types of crimes happen later in the afternoon when the banks are closed and not many people are around.
