The workshop is part of an on-going partnership between the Delta Arts Alliance and the Bologna Performing Arts Center.
"Partnerships are part of our active work; alliance is part of our organization's title. We are constantly looking for new ways to present material and programmatic opportunities, and many times those advances come in partnered work. The BPAC & DAA working together is a perfect example of that," Herbison said.
"The BPACs Summer Movie Series presented our artists with very rich material to build workshops upon, and in return, we hope to build excitement for the movie's showing on the big screen inside the BPAC."
LEGO: The Movie will air Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Bologna Performing Arts Center. Saturday's workshops at the Delta Arts Alliance begin at 10 a.m.-11 a.m. for Grades 5K - 2nd ($20); 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for Grades 3rd-6th ($25).
