In Cleveland, Art In The Alley has showcased some of the region's best artwork every first Thursday of the month since the Spring.

On Dec. 5 at 5 p.m, Art In The Alley will host its biggest event to date, the Art In The Alley Christmas Show.

Over 25 artists and vendors will take over Market Alley, next to Mosquito Burrito, on 301 Cotton Row in Downtown Cleveland.

Art shown will include everything from paintings and drawings to ceramics and crafts.

The sounds of live music will fill in whatever tight crevices exist between the artists.

Also scheduled to make an appearance at 6pm is Cleveland's Caroling Pub Crawl, an annual event put on by Keep Cleveland Boring.

Art In The Alley will also feature food vending and a craft beer tasting by new Mississippi brewery Southern Prohibition Brewing Company.

Art In The Alley is a monthly event that was started in the Spring of 2013 by Keep Cleveland Boring to showcase art work from local artists, primarily Delta State art majors and Delta State professors, as an attempt to allow the artists to have a place in downtown to market their own original art work.

Like every first Thursday Art In The Alley, the Art In The Alley Christmas Show will begin at 5 p m. It is an all ages event and is free to the public.
