Bolivar County Emergency Management Agency Director Bill Quinton cleans an old generator radiator at the Emergency Operations Center in downtown Cleveland on Tuesday. Skies turned cloudy Wednesday and the area remained under a tornado watch for most of day, resulting in late night storms and rain this morning. Quinton reported no damages from the overnight storms. While temperatures dipped today, they should warm up to 70 with clear skies on Friday and increase over the weekend to the high 70s.
