A flooded Fifth Avenue slowed the morning commute into Cleveland this morning. The National Weather Service in Jackson issued a Flash Flood Warning today for Bolivar and Sunflower counties. Heavy rainfall brought an estimated two to four inches of rain in a period of three hours.
