Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 9, 2012, at Forest Hill Funeral Home-South, Memphis, Tenn.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Charlotte Wright Daugherty; two daughters, Katrina Land and Shandy Perry (David); two sons, Johnny Daugherty (Lynn) and Kim Daugherty; his stepmother, Mary Daugherty; four sisters, Pauline, Jonita, Sheila and Rosemary; two brothers, Billy and Dickey; and nine grandchildren.
