Andy Lee named senior vice president at Guaranty Bank

Huey Townsend, chairman of the board at Guaranty Bank & Trust Company, had announced that veteran banker Andy Lee has been promoted to senior vice president at the bank’s Cleveland office.

A native of Magnolia, Lee earned his bachelor science degree from Delta State University in 1998.

He has also completed studies at the Graduate School of Banking, conducted at Louisiana State University and the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending, held at the Owen Graduate School of Vanderbilt University.

With 14 years of banking experience, the past 10 focused on commercial lending, Lee is also active in a host of civic and economic development endeavors.

He is a past president of the Cleveland Noon Lion’s Club, where he also served on the board. He served as an officer of the Cleveland Country Club, Cleveland-Bolivar County Chamber of Commerce and Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church.

Additionally, he has served as a volunteer for the DSU Alumni Association, United Way, Octoberfest, Italian Festival of Cleveland and Knights of Columbus.

Lee is a member of the DSU Athletic Alumni Association, and currently serves as membership chairman for the Cleveland Rotary Club.

Lee is married to the former Presley Gainspoletti and the couple has three children, Mary Cambre, Landry and Baylor.
