11 a.m. — Baxter retirees will meet at Western Sizzlin. Bring a snack to share and a gift is optional.

Noon — Closed AA Meeting at 400 N. Sharpe Ave.

Noon-2 p.m. — GED classes for advance students are offered at St. Gabriel’s Mercy Center, Mound Bayou.

6 p.m. — The Tuesday Night Pickers will play at The Bridge, located on Sharpe Avenue, downtown Cleveland. The public is invited to attend.

7 p.m. — Open AA/Al-Anon meeting at 400 N. Sharpe Ave.

Wednesday

10 a.m.-1 p.m. — Team Cleveland Main Street will present “This High Road” from Nashville, Tenn. This live performance will be held under the pavillion at the Arts Annex.

10 a.m.- 8 p.m. — Iceless Ice Skating will be held in the north Depot parking lot. $10 and hour.

2 p.m. — Cookie decorating at Christina’s, located inside Heidi’s. This a free event.

3 p.m. — Closed NA meeting at Yale Street Baptist Church, Cleveland.

9 p.m. - Until — Mound Bayou will host its Christmas Bash at the community facility building. Advance tickets $5, $8 at the door.

All items for WGO (What’s going on) should be submitted in writing to the Lifestyles Editor of The Bolivar Commercial at least one day prior to publication. All items should pertain to meetings and events which are open to the public. We do not run church briefs, sporting events, or invitations to private parties. Items will be run on a space available basis. Please remember we no longer have a Monday edition, so all information pertaining to that day should be turned in Friday morning.
