Ginger Weeks Cobb of Oxford announces the engagement and upcoming marriage of her daughter, Whitney Weeks Warrington of Jackson, to Alexander Lee Morgan Bondurant, son of Mr. and Mrs. Si Morgan Bondurant of Jackson.

The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Mr. Richard Eugene Warrington of Cleveland.

She is the granddaughter of Dr. James Edward Warrington Sr. of Marks and the late Mrs. Gladys Warrington and Mr. and Mrs. James Earl Weeks Sr. of Oxford.

A graduate of Lee Academy in Clarksdale,Miss Warrington earned a bachelor of arts degree from Millsaps College.

She graduated cum laude with a law degree from the University of Mississippi where she received an honor’s certificate in remote sensing, air and space law.

She is currently a senior contract negotiator with Magnolia Health Plan in Jackson.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John Furniss Bondurant of Forest and Mrs. Geraldine Nalty Wilson of Jackson and the late Mr. Charles Wilson of Eutala, Ala.

A graduate of Saint Andrew’s Episcopal School in Jackson, Mr. Bondurant received his undergraduate degree from the Croft Institute of International Studies at Ole Miss. He graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi Law School, where he was an associate editor for the Mississippi Law Journal.

He is currently employed as a law clerk for Chief Justice William L. Waller Jr. of the Mississippi Supreme Court.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at First Baptist Church in Oxford.
