Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 14, 2012, at Byas Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Northwest Shaw Memorial Gardens in Shaw.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. on Thursday, September 13, 2012, at the funeral home.
She is survived by her son, Robert Mattie of Cape Cod, Mass.; daughter, Violet Patyon of Berkeley, Calif., seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
