Stores are rated in five categories, sales, margin, customer service, owner income and income drivers. Only those achieving the highest ratings are recognized with this award.
Doc Hardy, owner of the Sears Hometown store of Cleveland, recognizes the achievement of the Cleveland Store Manager, DD Hardy and all his staff (Martha Walters, Trey Sanders, Read Hatcher, Ashley Hicks, Panth Patel, Nathan Woodward, and Justin Eurich).
It is the hard work and dedication of DD and his staff that made this and the many other past awards possible.
