Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2013, at Macedonia M.B. church in Shelby. Burial will follow in Winstonville Cemetery in Winstonville with Rev. James Miller officiating.
Family hour will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, January 4, 2013, at Macedonia M.B. Church.
He is survived by his wife, Diana Douglas Myles of Shelby; sons, Johnny Carmichael of Austin, Texas, and Ketrick Douglas of Mound Bayou; daughters, Annette Alexander, Annie Walls, Amesha Myles, and Kaquisha Myles of Memphis, Tenn., and Shaunessia Douglas of Shelby; sisters, Elemnory M. Harvey, LuTicha Powell, and Greta L. Campbell of Memphis, Tenn.; brothers, Emmett Myles of Roselle, Illinois, and Ronnie Myles of Memphis, Tenn.; four aunts; 2 sisters-in-law; 5 brothers-in-law; 14 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
