Florida Mae Fipps, 93, of Mound Bayou died Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at Delta Regional Medical Center in Greenville.

Funeral service will at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 22, 2014, at Lampton Street Church of Christ in Mound Bayou with the Rev. Marvin Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in Pilgrim Rest Cemetery in Winstonville.

Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2014, at Reuben Z. Riddle Chapel at Delta Burial Corporation in Mound Bayou. Family hour will follow at 6 p.m.

Florida was born on April 13, 1920, in Aberdeen to the late Wheeler Watson and Lathie M. Watson.

She is survived by sons, Albert Fipps and Tommie Fipps; daughters, Pearlie Pruitt, Charlean Robinson, Brenda Jackson, Alice Fipps, Cora Fipps and Dororthy Edwards; brothers, Wheeler Watson; sister, Minnie Lee; 85 grandchildren; and 65 great-grandchildren.
