Funeral service will be a 11 a.m. Saturday, February 2, 2103, at West Bolivar Medical School in Rosedale with Rev. E.V. Hall officiating. Burial will follow in E.L. Bethel Cemetery in Pace.
Visitation is from 2-6 p.m. Friday, February 1, 2013, at Byas Funeral Home in Cleveland.
Survivors include wife, Tracy Alsup of Pace; sons, Kurtis Alsup of Gould, Ark., Curdarius Alsup of Pace; daughters, Shekena Harrell of Fort Worth, Texas; brothers, Thurston Alsup of Liberall, Kan., Charles Alsup of Gould, Ark., and Brady Cook of Mound Bayou; sisters, Helen Geater of Chicago, Clementean Hudon of Mound Bayou and Brenda Cook Hall of Cleveland; and five grandchildren.
