Needle Specialty Products needs to hire one Mechanic for duties primarily within its first shift molding operations. This person may be required to perform other general maintenance duties within the plant as part of his job. Minimum qualifications are that the applicants have a high school diploma or GED, along with a valid driver's license. Training in the areas of hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical maintenance duties would be preferable. Experience in a manufacturing molding operation maintenance or general maintenance activities would be preferred, but not required. The starting salary for this job is $18.00/hr or greater depending upon previous work experience and formal training, if any. Job compensation will also involve health insurance, life insurance, and accident insurance. A 401K is also provided with employee matching.
